Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading classes, providing personalized instruction, and promoting overall wellness through effective movement practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for participants.
- Design and implement tailored programs that cater to the diverse needs of clients, incorporating principles of body mechanics.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises while offering modifications as necessary.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client engagement and motivation.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals, including yoga instructors, personal trainers, and dance coaches, to enhance program offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio equipment and space.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in Pilates and related fitness disciplines.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor in a health club or gym setting is preferred.
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required.
- Comprehensive training of at least 400 hours
- Knowledge of additional fitness modalities such as yoga, barre, Gyrotinic, dance, etc. is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of program design principles and body mechanics to ensure safe practice.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to continuous learning in the fitness industry.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
