Barre Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to educate and motivate individuals in various group settings. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting health and fitness within our community, guiding participants through engaging classes that may include personal training, yoga, Pilates, cycling, CrossFit, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging fitness classes tailored to diverse skill levels and backgrounds.
• Educate participants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and program design.
• Develop and implement innovative workout programs that meet the needs of clients.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal growth.
• Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their fitness journey.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create comprehensive wellness programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve instructional methods.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of personal training principles and program design.
• Experience in leading group fitness classes such as cycle, CrossFit, yoga, or Pilates.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate participants effectively.
• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere in a health club or gym setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
