Program manager is responsible for the development of customer products and / or projects from early customer engagement through production. The program manager is also responsible for company projects and functions as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Customer account oversight including customer communications and project coordination.
- Lead customer and company programs / projects and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
- Track programs from early development through production / implementation against schedule and budget, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.
- Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
- Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
- Sourcing of products, components, and materials including identifying sources, purchasing, and supply chain oversight.
