Summary
This position will be responsible for developing measurement plans and supported Quality Inspectors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepares standard work procedures for Quality Inspectors
- Facilitates corrective action meetings. (internal and external)
- Prepares 'FAI'
- Prepares CMM programs using Calypso software
- Oversees CMM programming from Quality Inspectors ensuring one standard
- Prepares and coordinates parts related design change requests (DCR's) for process improvements
- Analyze cost reduction possibilities in quality department through enhanced throughput
- Project management ensuring deadlines are met
- FMEW / Control Plans
- SPC / gage R&R studies
