Summary:

Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Continually improve and implement new programs and tools to develop and support our culture
  • Identifies and develops process and equipment needed to produce specific products, parts, and components culture
  • Manufacturing Support & Process Engineering
  • Sets goals, establishes priorities, manages resources, develops concepts and approaches, and reviews project progress and results
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Participate in the development of the company’s strategic planning, vision, mission and values and desired culture
  • Abide by and support all safety and quality system requirements

  • Use of Technology - Demonstrates required skills.
  • Design - Demonstrates attention to detail.

Education and/or Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area is helpful.

Language Skills:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Mathematical Skills:
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
