Produces very complex machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment.
Job description
Set up and operate 3, 4 Axis CNC Mill machines Second shift 2 : 30 - 11 : 00PM, Monday through Friday. Shift differential included.
Job Summary
- Set up and operate 3, 4, and / or 5 Axis CNC Mill machines.
- Completes required work consistent with customer’s blueprint and specifications.
- Inspects work for conformance to specification.
- May operate more than one machine simultaneously.
- Completes all paperwork accurately and keeps work area clean. Reports and / or corrects any unsafe conditions immediately and maintains an acceptable safety record.
- Maintains a satisfactory attendance and punctuality record.
