Job Summary
Align Production Systems is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and energize our sales and marketing team. This role is critical to driving our commercial success by overseeing sales, estimation, application development, post-delivery services, and marketing functions.

- Lead and manage a North American remote sales team, ensuring strategic alignment and clear direction across all markets.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in simplifying complex strategies and driving impactful results.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
