About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spare Parts Coordinator to manage inbound spare parts sales opportunities. In this role, you’ll be a key liaison between our sales, service, and marketing teams—ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer support. Your ability to qualify leads, identify parts, and process orders will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
A typical day in this role may include:
Customer Communication – Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding spare parts inquiries.
Parts Identification – Research and accurately identify required spare parts; confirm availability.
Technical Support – Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical or performance issues.
Sales Promotion – Proactively grow the spare parts sales program by engaging with current and potential customers.
Team Collaboration – Partner with the sales team to identify and support sales opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis – Monitor and report on spare parts and service sales performance.
Product Line Strategy – Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the spare parts product line.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with experience in sales coordination, customer service, and marketing support. Ideal candidates will have:
Education & Experience – A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
Sales & Service Background – Experience in inside sales, customer support, or service coordination.
Technical Aptitude – Comfort with mechanical/technical concepts and the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage customers.
Tech Proficiency – Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely and coordinate effective solutions.
Organizational Abilities – Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills – Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
Willingness to Travel – Occasional travel (<20%) to support customers and attend industry events.
