Overview :
Align Social Impact is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) to join the New York team's growing social impact practice. Align is a full-service impact agency at the nexus of storytelling, research, culture and systems change, and we specialize in serving brand, nonprofit, talent and foundation clients worldwide to accelerate their impact in ways that can be felt and measured. The SVP will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of our agency's operations, growth initiatives, and client engagements. The SVP will play a crucial role in shaping our agency's direction, managing team members, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in delivering impactful solutions to our clients. Additionally, you will oversee various client and account divisions and initiatives to ensure alignment with the organizational goals.

- Experienced in leading and growing organizations in the social impact sector
- Proactive and able to think strategically while also being hands-on and detail-oriented
- Results-oriented and able to drive the achievement of ambitious goals
- Experienced project manager, capable of managing complex and fast-paced client projects
- Nonprofit / CSR / Private Foundation strategy experience
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in the social impact sector

Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
