Role expectations
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by setting realistic timelines and proactively communicating updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by working with various data sources and validating reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement additional data needs based on business requirements and feedback, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholder
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.
