Align Technology
Los Angeles, CA Remote Full Time
POSTED ON 3/3/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/8/2025

Description

As a Digital Adoption Specialist, iTero , you will drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform via engagements in targeted dental offices. You will apply your clinical expertise and demonstrate your comprehensive knowledge of dental office workflows, thorough iTero proficiency and knowledge of iTero sales strategies, working with doctors and staff to drive workflows that support scanning every patient through hygiene appointments and scanning for restorative procedures. Specifically, you will focus on increasing scanner utilization and improving patient education and case acceptance within practices, resulting in account growth, and driving the need for additional scanners.

Role expectations

  • Foster positive relationships with doctors and teams utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach, providing them with tailored insights to enable and inspire them to modernize and grow their business through increased scanner utilization, patient education and case acceptance for both Invisalign and restorative procedures.
  • Achieve the goal of full digital adoption in targeted accounts within your territory, resulting in increased scanner utilization, account growth and the need for additional scanners. Full adoption is defined as practices utilizing iTero scanners as part of routine patient health checks, for Invisalign and restorative scanning.
  • Perform thorough customer “current state” assessments to understanding the business needs of each practice. Collaborate with the doctor to establish and prioritize account-level goals, and create a defined work path to facilitate full adoption of the scanner, increased patient education, case acceptance and practice growth.
  • Provide clinical support to doctors and staff, leveraging training resources where needed, to maximize scanner utilization, implementing and refining office processes and changing current workflows to achieve “wellness” scanning through hygiene and scanning for restorative procedures.
  • Utilize data / analytics to monitor progress with customers and drive decision making.
  • Diagnose positive and negative results and lead triage and execution, accordingly, communicating results to leadership.
  • Identify practices where additional scanners may be needed to support growth. Strategically work with sales and commercial support functions to prioritize opportunities and effectively discuss with doctors the value proposition of additional scanners.
  • Demonstrate leadership by being customer focused, displaying strategic thinking, having a global and company mindset, focusing on results, and continuously developing skills.
  • Stay active and engaged with important dental care related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in dental / hygienist practice that impact our business or customers.
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align / iTero solutions.
  • Independently book travel efficiently and within company guidelines, manage personal expenses and expense reporting and maintain team expenses within budget and Align expense policy.
