This position is essential in shaping educational outcomes through your operational support for external customers, including Invisalign® and iTero™ providers, team members, and partners.
Role expectations
- Focal point of content management of the learning management system – Align Education Site powered by Docebo LMS as well as workflow guru for document management processes
- Maintain content quality, version control, and archival information of global educational content, and assist with regional needs
- Assist Instructional Designer to ensure all educational materials are on-brand, impactful and adapted appropriately to optimize interactivity on various media platforms – SCORM, mobile, video, social media, eLearning
- Manage the review and approval process for new and updated documents.
- Assist in the creation, modification, & management of a multitude of SCORM courses, how-to videos, instructional presentations, and quick-start guides
- Validate LMS user management, configurations/workflows, system performance and provide expertise to ensure optimal end user experiences
- Collaborate with regional education LMS counterparts providing global guidelines, best practices, and governance models ensuring standardized LMS operational processes are followed
- Provide second level responses to doctor and/or employee questions and issues from LMS service ticketing system as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders on scoping and priorities
- Measure LMS engagement data to identify and realize improvement opportunities
- Leverage strong eye for visual design, branding and LMS system UI/UX aesthetics to improve experience for end users
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a LMS management or LMS administration role
- Skills: Knowledge of instructional design principles or experience working closely with instructional designers
- Strong eye for design, typography, color theory and layout – bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Digital design, Visual arts or a related field a plus
- A collaborative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, managing competing priorities, and find innovative solutions to complex problems; sound judgment to know when to escalate issues
- Comfortable with multiple learning modalities such as video, documents, SCORM, and images
- Comfortable with various file formats, resizing high quality images, and basic graphic design concepts
- Software – experience with Articulate, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and Adobe Photoshop
