As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role within the North America Sales Training team to design measurable, repeatable, dynamic training plans and new hire certification programs that enable field sales with the applied knowledge and skills required to drive business objectives. You will work in an inclusive, dynamic team environment, collaborating with the Sales Training Managers and stakeholders to create training strategies with learning objectives based on business to drive and observable, measurable outcomes.
This role is based in our Morrisville, NC facility and will report to the Director, Sales Training Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the instructional design strategy and process for North America Sales Training
- Manage the intake and needs assessment process to identify performance outcomes and measurements, required knowledge and skills, and audience for sales force effectiveness initiative
- Create learning objectives tied to business goals and on the job performance outcomes
- Create the assessment, modality, and content strategy to validate fulfilment of learning objective
- Collaborate with the team, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
- Prepare and present learning solutions and project plans
- Design, develop, and implement post-training evaluation strategy to measure training effectiveness and facilitate Continual Service Improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience/certifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience designing training tied to business strategy
- Strong sense of ownership balanced with a team oriented, inclusive, collaborative approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple, deadline-driven projects and related work
- Demonstrated experience with measuring and analyzing the outcomes of training
