Intern Program Details

What sets this program apart from others?

You’ll join a community of interns and participate in events curated just for you, including skills workshops and intimate sessions with Executive leaders. You will be assigned a manager to guide and support you through our individualized GROW Professional Development process. You’ll also receive a mentor to provide day-to-day advice as you become the best professional version of yourself.

How long is the program?

Our Internship Program begins June 2025 and runs through August 2025. You'll contribute to challenging projects with high impact during this 10 to 12-week paid internship.

In this role, you will…

Perform data analytics and visualization using graphs, infographics and other storytelling methods.

• Design and build low and no code workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
• Partner with executives and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports for internal teams and / or external clients.
• Collaborate with team members to determine data requirements, collect and analyze data.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information, and play a key role in driving data-driven decision making.
• Utilize our in-house AI tools to analyze data, perform predictions, and identify compliance risks.
• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Qualifications :

Proven ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced and dynamic organization with limited supervision. Ability to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and willingness to accept new challenges and help solve complex issues.

Preferred 2 years of experience in comparable roles e.g., law firm, in-house legal, contract management, and administration or procurement.
