Intern Program Details
What sets this program apart from others?
You’ll join a community of interns and participate in events curated just for you, including skills workshops and intimate sessions with Executive leaders. You will be assigned a manager to guide and support you through our individualized GROW Professional Development process. You’ll also receive a mentor to provide day-to-day advice as you become the best professional version of yourself.
How long is the program?
Our Internship Program begins May 2025 and runs through August 2025. You'll contribute to challenging projects with high impact during this 10 to 12-week paid internship.
In this role, you will…
- Conduct comprehensive research on the dental industry over the past 5-10 years, focusing on the placement of iTero through general practitioners (GPs) for lifelong oral health.
- Investigate the correlation between early proper alignment of smile and skeletal structure with long-term oral health benefits, and its impact on reducing risks of diabetes and Alzheimer's, ultimately lowering healthcare costs.
- Identify and fill gaps in existing research tying oral health to lifetime overall health, particularly in elder care. Evaluate pilot projects, such as the Missouri initiative using iTero diagnostics to reduce pneumonia in elder care and associated healthcare costs.
- Ideal candidates : Early undergraduate students (sophomore / junior) with a strong interest in dental field, biological sciences, pre-med, and clinical research.
- Project Management - Event Planning for Oral Health : Lead and organize educational events to promote lifelong oral health, ensuring effective coordination and successful execution.
