The Align Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to support the Special Markets sales teams in the US and Canada. They will work with the cross-functional Special Markets Leadership team and internal operational and technical teams to support our external DSO / OSO / Corporate partners. He / She will support commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, pricing configuration, contract management, and providing support to field sales. He / She will ensure contracts are structured and processed efficiently and align to company policies and operational capabilities. Additionally, the role will support the sales organization in continuing to identify areas of improvement within current processes, while supporting special projects and new initiatives for the Special Markets organization.

The Align Special Markets program supports large group practices (primarily DSOs and OSOs) who are committed to partnering with Align to drive mutual growth. This is a unique opportunity to support a growing segment of the Align business and many of Align’s top customers. SM growth is driven both by adding additional SM partners and by existing partners growing via new acquisitions / affiliations and same store growth. Because of its explosive growth, Special Markets was added as a pillar to our strategic global priorities in 2022 and represents a rapidly growing segment of the Align business.
- Collaborate with SM Business Development representatives (BDs) and Corporate Accounts in the US and Canada to provide dedicated tactical support regarding prospecting, modeling, contracting, CRM data hygine, and account health.
- Support the day-to-day operational and contracting activities of the Special Markets teams and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as escalation point of contact for operational requests from BDs and partners including roster management, billing / invoicing, case transfers, address change, and more.
- Partner with SM Support team to maintain integrity of existing doctor roster lists and customer master in SFDC through onboarding, transfer, and off-boarding of partners and affiliates
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of sales contracts for Special Markets partners.
- Responsible for maintaining internal sales contract database with all appropriate and pertinent documentation
- Develop and maintain tools for monitoring contractual requirements and growth targets. Work with BDs to resolve non-compliance.
- Serve as POC for customer and internal partner questions regarding pricing structures and other contractual agreements
- Partner with Sales Management, Legal, and Finance to regularly review existing contracting strategies and partner to implement new contracting initiatives to support evolving company and customer requirements
- Support cross-functional projects targeted at optimizing business operations and sales effectiveness.
- Assume responsibility for Salesforce.com administration tasks, including but not limited to managing account hierarchies and pricing configuration
- Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information
- Seek out procedural and strategic continuous improvement opportunities while establishing cross-functional relationships with other business units outside of Sales Operations
- Provide daily ad-hoc requests with expedited delivery
