Job Description
The Client Service Specialist assists our financial advisors in managing and organizing office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. This person will provide exceptional client service, support office functions as needed, and serve as administrative and operational support for the practice. This role provides client relationship support through interacting directly with clients
The candidate should be able to operate independently as well as be a contributing member on a team. This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks so that the team grows their business, runs smoothly, and meets service excellence standards. Responsibilities will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
· Create a consistently referable client experience through the execution of the practice’s client experience strategy
· Answer inbound calls from our clients and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
· Call clients or prospects to set up meetings or appointments
· Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
· Keep the client management system up to date with client information
· Educate clients on technology and capabilities
· Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
· Coordinate client appreciation events and seminars
· Maintain and keep current mail and check logs
· Support the growth of the practice and perform other duties as assigned.

· 2 years of similar experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
