About the Program:
Aligned Data Centers' Summer Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative data infrastructure environment. Interns will work closely with professionals across the organization, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that prepare them for a career in the tech and data center industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Support department-specific projects aligned with Aligned’s business goals
Collaborate with team members and participate in regular meetings and briefings
Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports or presentations as needed
Assist in process improvement initiatives and day-to-day operations
Gain exposure to the data center industry and company culture through networking events and learning sessions
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Finance, HR)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in data infrastructure and technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools; technical roles may require knowledge of specific platforms or coding languages
