Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Operate and maintain equipment such as Ohmmeters and logic controllers
- Welding tasks as required
- Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance activities
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations
Skills
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly with HVAC systems, chillers, compressors, or electrical systems.
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Electrical skills for troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to lead maintenance projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
