Job Description
The Data Center Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of capital projects within a data center campus or region. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and contractors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of capital projects to ensure they meet customer requirements, approved project design documents, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure proper training for employees on new equipment and infrastructure.
- Act as Safety Committee Representative for the campus or region and enforce EH&S policies.
- Provide QA/QC support for building systems, critical facilities equipment, and other equipment associated with data center environments.
