Role Overview
The Critical Facilities Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and overseeing the work of contractors.
Key Tasks:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: cleaning, inspecting, and replacing filters; checking and adjusting belts and alignments; and lubricating moving parts
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, evacuations, and equipment failures
- Oversee the work of contractors, ensuring that all work is done safely and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and other relevant information
