We are excited to announce we are seeking a Lead DA at our well-established practice!
We are currently in need of a high-level clinical dental assistant with extensive experience in leadership and management. This individual should possess the following qualifications:
High-level proficiency in clinical dental assisting in all facets of dentistry- Ability to train and mentor other dental assistants
- Proficiency in coordinating work schedules
- Experience in executing growth strategies in collaboration with management
- Capability to conduct employee check-ins and manage disciplinary actions within the team
- Willingness to work weekends ($5/hr more on Saturdays and $8/hr more on Sundays)
The starting pay for this position is $30/hr., with performance bonuses based on profitability and same day dentistry opportunities.
