Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and assess their qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (Clarity iSolved) to maintain candidate records and track progress.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of employment with selected candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a High Volume Dental or Healthcare Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to leverage offers effectively.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to identify suitable candidates for specific roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms for effective candidate engagement.
