We are seeking an experienced legal professional who can provide actionable legal advice that supports operational goals.
As the key legal advisor for our organization, you will review and draft contracts, manage legal matters related to employment and contract law, and ensure compliance across the company and franchise network. Your strategic legal guidance will support potential M&A transactions and proactively develop operational solutions that align with business objectives.

- Handling legal matters related to employment law, contract law, and franchising regulations.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution
- Licensed to practice law in the state of FL.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Strong writing and legal drafting skills
- Knowledge of various areas of multi-state law
- Background in legal administration and office management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
