The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.
Duties
- Manage the accounts payable team on site and offshore and provide guidance on daily tasks
- Review and approve invoices for payment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes related to accounts payable
- Multi-site experience of 5 or more years required with volume of 4000k invoices per month
- Intacct experience a big plus!
- Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles
- Experience in accounts receivable, corporate accounting, and general ledger reconciliation a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
