Dental Assistant Travelling Coach

Aligned Dental is excited to announce we are seeking is seeking a Dental Assistant Coach to join our amazing organization. As a DA Coach you will be responsible for the evaluation and training of Dental Assistants in our partner practices located throughout the United States. The coach will provide quality education and training for our DA's and perform administrative duties and responsibilities related to the program.

Typical Duties

• Collaborates in the development curriculum, instructional materials, and evaluation tools.
• Demonstrates proper techniques in dental procedures such as chairside assisting, radiography, sterilization and dental office management
• Applies and maintains standards of quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures; implements changes and integrates knowledge of professional training to continuously improve program quality.
• Works collaboratively with practice teams, DA's, colleagues, and leadership
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
• Ability to work additional hours, as needed.
• Ability to travel to various locations throughout the United States, with non-travel days being home office in PA.
  
  

Knowledge And Skills Required

• Experience in the delivery of innovative, evidence-based instruction in Dental Assistant education.
• Ability to engage collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and leadership to ensure the successful achievement of learning outcomes.
• Experience in actively engaging assistants to participate in the learning process.
• Demonstrates leadership in academic and/or clinical settings.
• Ability to work as a team player.
  
  

Minimum Education And Experience

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant credentials (RDA)
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a dental assistant
