Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting
- Friendly & professional demeanor
- Customer-service experience
- Organizational skills- strong attention to detail
- Familiar with dental terminology, insurance, and dental codes
- Desire to grow your career in dentistry- willingness to go above and beyond for our patients
- At least two year experience with dental office front desk duties
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks, including payment collections
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform patients about payment methods
- Provide information about our practice, available services and amenities
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and CDT codes
- Knowledge of dentistry and treatment planning
- Confidentially discuss finances with patients
- Present treatment plans and finances to patients
- Insurance verification and claims processing
