What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Operations Manager position at Aligned Hospitality Management?
We are looking for a qualified, energetic, goal-oriented Operations Manager for a Mid-Sized Limited-Service Property.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the successful operation and administration of all hotel departments to include:
- Train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with brand/hotel standards and with Aligned Hospitality Managements core values.
- Ensure quality standards of complimentary food service stations are maintained.
- Attend Daily/Weekly meetings with General Manager and Corporate Team
- Manage labor and food cost expenses to fit within budgets and/or updated forecasts.
- Receive and inspect food orders from third party catering company.
- Position will be required to have open availability
- Create specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to remedy guest service deficiencies.
- Work as Manager on Duty, when necessary.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have previous successful management experience with branded Properties.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Maintain a friendly, warm, and positive demeanor at all times
- Keeps leadership informed of trends, opportunities, and market changes as needed
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assume responsibility/accountability.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
