Aligned Orthopedic Partners is recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager.
What you will do :
- Coordinate staff schedule for clinic coverage
- Assist providers with template changes
- Resolution of clinical complaints / issues
- Coordinate / oversee training for new hires
- Prep chart for clinic
- Answers phones and schedules appointments
- Greets patients, completion of registration forms, and gives instructions
- Schedule appointments and perform clerical duties associated with medical encounters.
- Maintain inventory supplies and order as appropriate
- Assist with maintenance of equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms
- Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- Monitors overall workload in the offices and distributes work accordingly
- Monitors and responds to time off requests. Coordinates and ensures coverage for all tasks are filled in the case of vacations and / or sick days. Fills in when needed as front-line staff or operational flow oversight
- Ensure the provider's credentialing is maintained
- Maintain ER and On-call schedule
- Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has supervisory responsibilities, including overseeing the performance and workload of others. This position communicates disciplinary problems to the Manager as necessary and conducts disciplinary counseling sessions when needed.
Typical Physical Demands
The position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are also needed to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Employees must have normal hearing range and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.
Typical Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work may apply.
