Practice Director – Jordan-Young Institute
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Compensation: $150,000 - $195,000 base salary 20% performance-based bonus

Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations of JYI, ensuring excellence in patient care and practice efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our physicians, helping drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Lead and participate in executive-level decision-making, bringing data-driven insights to the table.
Financial & Business Growth
- Develop annual budgets and manage practice P&L in partnership with the MSO leadership team.
- Identify growth opportunities, including new physician recruitment and market expansion.
- Negotiate vendor agreements, leases, and managed care contracts to optimize business operations.
Marketing & Business Development
- Drive physician marketing efforts to expand patient base and increase visibility in the community.
- Develop and oversee strategic marketing plans to support practice growth.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Implement best-in-class practice management systems, including EHR and patient intake processes.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including credentialing and licensing.
- Support revenue cycle management by optimizing front-end efficiencies and billing accuracy.
Human Resources & Team Leadership
- Provide HR policy guidance and support workforce planning efforts.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture across all levels of the organization.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new physicians and administrative leaders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years of leadership experience in a physician practice, with a preference for surgical specialties.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and KPI analysis.
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians and drive consensus on key initiatives.
- Experience in marketing, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality—you’re not afraid to get hands-on in the business.
- A data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Strong EQ, conflict resolution skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
