Aligned Solutions has partnered with a national healthcare company to fill the critical need of a Senior Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst runs reports and conducts quantitative analyses of information affecting the practices, directly supporting the Director of Operational Finance and collaborating with departments to identify ways to evaluate its performance and potential risks & opportunities.
Essential Functions
1. Works well in a team environment to accomplish common tasks in a collegial manner.
2. Adheres to the Mission Statement, Credo and Service Goals and Values.
3. Creates queries to gather data that will then be used to develop analytical and statistical models and reports to help leadership make informed business decisions to improve clinical workflow and effectiveness.
4. Assists in financial analysis for strategic decisions involving all aspects of the company, monitors budget and forecast performance and variance and initiates corrective action.
5. Assists in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical to meeting established goals and objectives and monitor business unit/functional performance against the established KPIs.
6. Assists in preparing financial reports such as collection/charge/revenue analysis, as well as any other reporting as needed and meeting deadlines.
7. Computes monthly provider compensation accurately and adhering to deadlines to ensure providers are paid and related reporting is delivered.
8. Produce timely and meaningful analysis and data interpretation regarding large and complex health care related datasets.
9. Conducts research and ad-hoc analysis to support company goals. Prepares financial reports, charts, tables, and other exhibits as requested.
10. Supports the annual budget and periodic forecast process.
11. The position requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
Required Education and Experience B.A. in Finance or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
