The Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Support role is responsible for assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable :
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- Utilize ERP accounting systems, specifically Dynamics 365 BC, to process transactions and generate reports.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
