Aligned Talent Acquisition's client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a junior Benefits & Compensation Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work with top-tier employers on a variety of matters, including health and welfare plans, 401(k) and retirement plans, and other benefits-related issues.
As part of the Benefits & Compensation Group , you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment driven by statutory and regulatory changes that impact benefits and compensation law. You’ll collaborate with clients from diverse industries while working alongside teams from corporate, labor and employment, ERISA litigation, health, tax, and other practice areas. Your role will include frequent engagement with in-house attorneys and human resource professionals, making this position ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For :
- Juris Doctorate (JD).
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
- Law firm experience in benefits and compensation. (AmLaw experience preferred, not required). Previous AmLaw experience in Employee Benefits & Compensation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to outstanding client service.
- Academic excellence, demonstrated through top credentials.
