What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor Employment Associate position at Aligned Talent Acquisition?
Aligned Talent Acquisition's client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a highly qualified mid-to-senior level associate to join its dynamic Employment Practice.
The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience in drafting employment-related documents and agreements, including :
- Employment agreements
- Separation agreements
- Restrictive covenant agreements
- Policies and position statements
AmLaw experience is preferred, not required.
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
This role also involves advising clients on a wide range of employment matters and providing employment-related support for corporate transactions. While experience with employment-related investigations and litigation is a plus, it is not a requirement.
