Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) (15 hrs)
Location : Glen Burnie, MD 21060

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

About the Role :
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for clients aged 2 to 16. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote supervision.
Work Schedule :
This role is part-time, Monday - Friday, from 4pm ET - 7pm ET. This position is in-house with a client in Glen Burnie, MD.
Position Requirements :
- Experience in ABA preferred
- At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization within the first 45 days of employment
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
