Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

About the Role:
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for a 3-year-old child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is also an integral part of this role, so you must be comfortable collecting data and taking detailed notes at the end of every session.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 12:30-6:30 pm and Wednesdays 9:00-11:30 am
Compensation:
The pay is between $24.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience, with a higher hourly rate for hours worked on the weekend.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in ABA preferred
- At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization within the first 45-60 days of employment
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
