About the Role:
In this role, you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for children between 10-12 years old. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. Data collection is an integral part of this role as well and this person must be comfortable collecting data and writing detailed session notes after every client session.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 4pm - 8pm or 5pm - 8pm ET
Compensation:
The pay is between $21.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience, with a higher hourly rate for hours worked on the weekend.

Position Requirements:
- Experience in ABA preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred
- At least 1-year experience working with children with challenging behavior is highly preferred
- Experience working under a remote supervision enviornment
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
