An exciting restaurant in Wheeling, WV area is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food presentation, and an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage FOH operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and cash handling, to optimize profitability.
- Implement and maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
- Work alongside the owner to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Lead catering initiatives, build community partnerships, and expand our presence in the local market.
- Collaborate with chefs, bar staff, and marketing to enhance menu offerings and promotional initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of restaurant management or hospitality experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- ServSafe Certification and a valid driver’s license required.
