Director of Programs
Location: Remote (PST/MST preferred)

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year (DOE)

Our client is a non-profit trade association dedicated to advancing the international growth of U.S. agribusinesses. Their programs help companies in the Western U.S., Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands navigate global export markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple programs, ensuring adherence to federal funding regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and implement program strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize program outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, tracking funding utilization and delivering accurate, timely reports to meet federal funding requirements.
- Lead a team of employees, contractors, and partners, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Unified Export Strategy (UES) applications and ensure quality assurance throughout program delivery.
- Support team members' professional development, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the internship program and guide sub-participants in program-related activities.
- Collaborate with other directors and leadership to ensure fully integrated programs and drive strategic planning initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to/at a minimum of 25% to support program objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in non-profit program management (or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- At least 2 years of experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for developing teams and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to program management and funding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other cloud-based tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
