Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team and play a key role in delivering innovative data and analytics solutions. In this role, you will contribute to shaping data strategies, leading technical teams, and building scalable data systems for our clients. With your expertise in cloud platforms, data lake architecture, and data migration, you will influence strategic decisions and ensure the successful implementation of data solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management : Maintain strong relationships with vendors such as AWS , GCP , Azure , Snowflake , Databricks , Informatica , and other related platforms.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing data architecture team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Technical Leadership : Serve as a technical leader within the Data and Analytics team , designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for complex data systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively communicate architectural and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, gaining buy-in and support.
- Solution Development : Lead and participate in solutioning sessions, translating business objectives into actionable machine learning and data science use cases.
- Partner Collaboration : Build relationships with technology partners and lead joint sales pursuits for data and analytics solutions.
- Cloud Migration : Shape business cases for cloud migration and modernization efforts, collaborating with key stakeholders such as CDO or CDAO .
- Conference Presentations : Represent the organization by presenting at industry conferences or contributing to whitepapers.
- Data Architecture Expertise : Define, architect, and deliver data and analytics solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Snowflake , and Databricks .
- Data Flow Design : Implement and manage Data Lake and Lakehouse architectures , focusing on efficient and scalable data flows.
- Infrastructure as Code : Develop solutions using infrastructure-as-code best practices, integrated with robust CI / CD pipelines .
- Hybrid Cloud Systems : Architect hybrid systems that seamlessly integrate on-premises resources with cloud platforms.

15 Years of experience working as a solution architect in the data space 10 Years of experience in Financial Services Experience partnering with CDO / CDAO in helping shape their data strategy Experience building business case for Cloud migration / modernization Must have presented at industry conferences and or published whitepapers Expertise in defining, architecting, and delivering data and analytics solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, as well as experience with Snowflake or Databricks platforms, and other related platforms and services Extensive depth in Data Lake and Lakehouse implementations and architecting data flows Experience developing and deploying solutions with infrastructure as code, following best practices and integrating with robust CI / CD pipelines Experience with hybrid cloud systems, integrating on premise resources and cloud platforms Management Consulting experience is a Plus Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
