Role : Lead Program Manager – IT Infrastructure (GCC Integration)

Location : Charlotte, NC

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager with Global Command Centre (GCC) Integration experience to support Jefferies' Infrastructure domain . This role requires strong program and project management expertise to oversee infrastructure-related initiatives, drive execution, and ensure smooth integration with end-user impacting projects . The ideal candidate will bring agile development knowledge , engineering best practices , and a delivery-focused approach to manage multiple initiatives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the ongoing Infrastructure project portfolio .

Provide project and program management support for Jefferies’ IT Infrastructure domain .

Manage project delivery, risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics .

Lead Global Command Centre (GCC) integration efforts to enhance infrastructure efficiency.

Work within the Program Office , supporting Jefferies' IT leadership on end-user impacting projects.

Ensure timely defect fixes by coordinating with the environment management team for test environments.

Develop and track key project KPIs , including test status, open defects, and risks impacting testing streams.

Prepare business and technology-facing materials to align stakeholders and track project performance.

Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting to support decision-making.

Take ownership of end-user projects , ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion .

Required Skills & Experience :

8 years of experience as a Lead Program Manager in IT Infrastructure.

Proven experience with Global Command Centre (GCC) integration .

Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices .

Expertise in program / project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication .

Experience in tracking KPIs , preparing insightful reports , and aligning business and technology teams.

Power BI proficiency for reporting and data visualization (preferred).

Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong accountability for outcomes.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in financial services or large-scale IT environments .

Background in infrastructure transformation projects .

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills .
