● You're available to travel to your aligned universities up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season
● You thrive in a metrics-driven environment
● You have the enthusiasm to promote the company to potential future employees
● You're highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
● Become an expert in recruiting top campus talent
● Source campus candidates through campus recruitment events, social media and job boards
● Represent company at career fairs, classroom presentations and other campus events year round
● Build relationships with professors and other career services faculty members
Compensation and Benefits:
● The compensation for the position Ranges between $40000 - $50000 Salary
