SCHEDULE:
- Initially part-time with the flexibility and opportunity to increase to full-time (See website for details of office hours Opening/closing duties)
- Up to 2 weekend shifts per quarter for screenings and sponsored events.
- Weekly team meetings and monthly team trainings
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receptionist Support:
- Greet patients by name, create a welcoming environment where the patient feels seen and known, and assist them throughout their visit, while managing wait times and helping flow of adjustment rooms.
- Support insurance verifications, process patient payments, keep accurate records, and promote additional services or products aligned with clinic growth goals.
- Regularly update the schedule, complete end-of-day reports, answer the phone promptly and professionally, and manage task lists to ensure efficiency and accuracy."
- Call patients and leads for reminder calls, collaborate with the team to prepare paperwork and materials for upcoming appointments, ensuring all clinic needs are met.
- Restock marketing materials, distribute testimonials and promotions, and keep the clinic clean and organized for patient visits.
Patient Evaluations:
- Take x-rays for patients as part of the examination process, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
- Conduct re-evaluations, auto case evaluations, and update evaluations for patients, following established protocols.
- Support re-evaluations and new patients throughout your shift, providing professional and attentive care.
Data Management:
- Build NPM files and prepare SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes, documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Enter re-evaluation sheets into the system, ensuring proper data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the scanning of documents and records for efficient and organized storage of patient information.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2 years experience in a similar role preferred.
- Medical or chiropractic background preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in office technologies such as Microsoft products, G-Suite & EHR systems, and comfortable with learning new systems.
- Proven ability to quickly memorize and adapt scripts for different patient interactions, confidently handle objections, and use effective communication to turn hesitations into positive outcomes, making leads feel heard while converting them into patients and driving clinic growth.
- Self-sufficient and independent, while staying focused on tasks in a fast-paced environment without being easily distracted.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
