Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable.
- Create comprehensive financial statements.
- Prepare and manipulate financial reports, including managerial accounting reports, P&L by SKU, geography, region, product, ad hoc, branch office, and raw COGS.
- Oversee month-end factoring and commission reports, including healthcare claims purchasing.
- Handle procurement processes and manage vendor relationships.
- Supervise finance, HR, 3PL (inventory), and IT support teams, ensuring effective vendor relations.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Oversee all HR responsibilities, including compliance, training, and acting as the IT liaison.
- Work with PEO for HR-related functions.
- Manage credentialing, licensing, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and drive innovation.
This is a remote role with quarterly travel required
Required:
- 5 years in a Controller or higher finance role
- 3 years of P&L management experience with a $25M or higher budget with scalability
- 3 years of cross-functional team management, overseeing at least 5 direct reports
- Accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable (AP)
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience in data analytics and business intelligence
- Experience as a CFO
- CPA certification
- Background in healthcare
- HR experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence
- Global team management expertise
- Vendor management and procurement experience
- Familiarity with 3PL and inventory management
- Experience with Brightree for billing and inventory management (home medical equipment, HME), including API and Qlik integration
- Healthcare billing experience
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Remote work experience
- Financial factoring or claims purchasing experience
