Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement service standards, operational procedures, and training programs.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and ensuring optimal labor cost management.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage waste reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support special events, banquets, and private dining experiences as required.

- Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury resort or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service standards.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Salary : $20 - $22
