Job Description:

• Curate and craft seasonal cocktails using fresh, local ingredients that reflect the spirit of the season.
• Provide personalized, luxury service , engaging guests with knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails .
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere , balancing speed with genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar in an outdoor setting.
• Adhere to state and local serving guidelines , ensuring compliance with all safety and liquor laws.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings .

Qualifications

A skilled bartender with experience in high-end, fast-paced bar environments .

Passion for seasonal ingredients and craft cocktails .

A natural conversationalist who can engage guests and enhance their experience.

Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining grace under pressure .

Knowledge of California alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices .

Experience in luxury hospitality or Forbes-rated properties is a plus .

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
