Alila Ventana Big Sur will be hosting open interviews every Wednesday and Saturday from 2pm to 4pm, join us!

• Location: Interviews will be held at The Sur House, located at 48123 CA-1, Big Sur, CA 93920. You are welcome to park in any available spot near the roundabout at the top of the property.
• Directions: Once parked, proceed to the restaurant and let the host know you are here for an interview. They will notify a manager to meet with you.

The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.

Shift: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Wage: The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.00. With Gratuity and a generous service charge within our all inclusive resort, this position has the potential to make $36 to $40 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay.
