Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and revenue generation strategies.
- Assist in qualifying and contributing to the acquisition of new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Become a product expert, effectively communicating product features and benefits to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
