Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training & Development: Participate in a structured training program that will teach you sales techniques, product knowledge, and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Assist the sales team in prospecting new customers, managing leads, and ensuring the retention of existing clients through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work alongside the sales team to develop promotional strategies, identify market trends, and execute campaigns aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.
- Product Training & Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to provide effective solutions to clients and drive sales.
- Client Feedback & Market Research: Collect client feedback to identify potential areas of growth and improvement, and assist in researching competitors to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Experience: No prior management experience required; internships, sales experience, or customer-facing roles (e.g., retail, hospitality) are a plus.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop a career in sales and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools or sales software is a plus.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,125.00 per week
