Key Responsibilities:
âÂÂï¸Â Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
âÂÂï¸Â Supervise administrative staff, scheduling, and office workflow
âÂÂï¸Â Handle patient intake, insurance verifications, and billing coordination
âÂÂï¸Â Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, EMR systems, and company policies
âÂÂï¸Â Monitor financial transactions, budgeting, and vendor management
âÂÂï¸Â Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
âÂÂï¸Â Maintain provider scheduling and operational logistics
âÂÂï¸Â Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts to expand the practice
âÂÂï¸Â Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinical teams to enhance patient experience
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare office management or administration
âÂÂ
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
âÂÂ
Knowledge of medical billing, credentialing, and insurance processes is a plus
âÂÂ
Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare compliance standards
